By concentrating wind chakra upon the feet, Kira is able to boost his jumping power several times allowing him to jump up to a hundred meters into the air. The wind emitting from his feet allows him to accomplish this. He can roughly manuever while in mid-air and can safely descend to the ground if he dosen't jump too high. Creates deep dents or holes on surfaces that Kira jumps from.

Kira covers himself in a bright layer of wind chakra and whenever he moves, a bright streak of light emanates from each movement to confuse enemies or to mask Kira's actions while within the layer. He appears as a bendable beam of light. He can disperarse this layer at will.
