Arashi Sayomi


History:
As a boy Arashi's parents were well respected Jonin in the Village. They were on a mission to capture a rouge Ninja when they were ambushed and killed by that ninja's comrades. Arashi grew up alone in the village with few friends and no relatives. It made him strong mentally and physically. As soon as he was old enough he joined the Ninja Academy in his Village and graduated top of his class. Admired by his classmates, when he was Assigned to a 3 man Squad the three of them became as close as family.

Arashi and the other boy in his group cut their palms and became blood brothers when they graduated to Chunins. He was happy for the first time in his life with his
new found family. His Jonin became like a father to him, and was a man he admired and respected more than anybody else in the village other than the Raikage. Then the fated day came when the Raikage assigned them to capture a rogue Ninja. He was a Jonin then and well capable. He assumed it would be just another mission, how wrong he was. Him and his blood brother were reunited for a mission at last, as well as his other team mate and their Jonin Instructor. The mission required all of them because it was suspected that the Rogue Ninja had allies. They arrived at the spot and found the Rogue ninja. Arashi and his Brother attacked and the Rogue Ninja's allies ambushed them all.

During the Battle Arashi was critically wounded and his Jonin Instructor was killed. His Brother and the girl he considered a sister, enraged by their father figure's death, charged recklessly and were also cut down quickly. Arashi's heart broke for the second time in his life. He watched as his family fell before his eyes, and was able to do nothing to stop it. Feeling so powerless he played dead hoping that he would be spared death so he may get his revenge at a later date. They did not notice his beating heart and he survived the attack, returning to his village in shame. He trains every day relentlessly, pushing his body to the limit so that one day he might take his revenge on that Ninja who killed his family twice over. His skills grow rapidly and he becomes a legend among his Village. When he turned 18 the Raikage fell in battle and he was recommended by many to replace him. He accepted the new position and is now Raikage

Appearance


Arashi stands at 6 foot 2 inches. He wears two different outfits. One he wears for every day and one for combat

Every Day Use:

After the incident with his squad and Jonin Instructor his eyes turned Blood Red. No one is quite sure why this is but they remain that way, and the whites of his eyes turned dead black. So as not to freak people out he wears a red Blindfold. He can take it off if he wants but he does this rarely

For Missions and Sparring:

He wears the red to strike fear into his opponents hearts. The hood falls over his changed eyes so that he might shock his enemies when he looks at them. All together a legendary outfit, and one that very few can look at without feeling fear

Specializations

Arashi specializes in Speed and Taijutsu. He became a master of both early on in his training. He has become legendary in his village for his speed, he has yet to meet a ninja faster than him, but he knows they are out there
