This thread is for the sole purpose of creating your own personal ninjutsu and other techniques, as well as personal weapons and ninja tools.

All personal techniques must be approved by either the Tsuchikage or any of the Jounin before they can be used.
All Rock Village Shinobi are limited to a maximum of 6 personal techniques.
You must have the proper chakra nature for the technique as well. (No one should be using techniques of a chakra nature they don't have.)
Genin can use jutsu classes E-D-rank
Chunin can use C-B rank
Jounin-Kage can use A-S-rank

Please use the following format for technique submission:

Quote :: Name of the technique: (what the technique is called)
Offensive/defensive/supplementary move: (whether it's an attack of defense, or a combat aid)
Type of Jutsu: (Ninjutsu. Taijutsu, etc. Space-time jutsu are acceptable, but cannot be used in battle.)
Technique Element: (What element is this technique if any.)
Short description of the move: ( here you can tell what happens when someone uses the move, like "The sky turns red and a big red beam is fired from someone's tongue")
Technique Range: (Is this a long range, or close range technique, etc.)
Level of the technique: (what rank is this technique S-E rank)
Amount of chakra required: (how much chakra does this technique use)
Hand seals: (are there any hand seals, or there preparations needed for this technique?)
Drawbacks: (Are there any negative effects other than loss of chakra and fatigue on the user caused by using this technique?)
